The Espresso started from one simple frustration: guessing, every single morning, why today’s shot tastes different from yesterday’s. No system behind it, nothing you could trace, and too much coffee in the bin.
So we built the app we always wanted: analysis, dial-in and a proper journal in one place. We are not a marketing agency. We use the app ourselves every day, and you can tell.
Beginners use it, and so do people with an expensive machine. It helps both with the same thing: understanding what happens in the portafilter, and making it a little better each time.
