The Espresso started from a simple frustration: every morning, guessing again why today’s shot tastes different from yesterday’s. No system, no traceability, a lot of wasted coffee.
So we built the app we wished existed – one that combines analysis, dial-in and a clean journal. No marketing agency, no generic tracker: an app we use ourselves every day.
Today The Espresso helps beginners and enthusiasts understand their espresso and improve step by step – on any setup, from entry-level machines to dual boilers.
